All was good.

Tasty breakfast with half a tomato and black pudding, as example.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Great Yarmouth as well as town which was a bonus. We found nice The Dining Room nearby with hot beverages.

I had king room that also was complete with kettle as well as fridge. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges, really enjoyed it.

Andrea
The location is marvellous and they have parking nearby. The units were large for the extra bed. The breakfast choices are tasty and superb with toast and bacon, as for instance.

Great value for money with a surprisingly spacious room, comfortable bed, and good heating. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade, town centre, and beach. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to come and go as we pleased.
Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The gentleman at the desk on our arrival was very helpful in getting us a parking permit!
The lady who showed us to our room was of few words and did little to make us feel welcome. No information was offered about local services, breakfast etc. Rather dissappointed as we had read such great reviews before booking.

I couldn't believe how clean and well-maintained the room was! The decor was modern and fresh, and there was no unpleasant odor at all. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and shops. Free parking was an added bonus. The delicious full English breakfast was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

where shall i start? there were crumbs in all the beds, the beds sqeaked as soon as you move and they were very uncomfortable! the place absolutely stunk of foul body odour and the place looked like it was filled with jumble sale rejects. The parking outside was apalling and as for the "additional parking nearby" there were no spaces as it was all allocated to the local businesses. the dining was disgusting, cuttlery etc was dirty and the food was very very greasy. i was shocked that i had to pay nearly £70 to stay one night in this place, i couldnt even get a shower in the morning as the water was either boiling or freezing!

The total stay was lovely in September. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Great Yarmouth for many years, the establishment and all the clubs. I often went to Istanbul Kebab House to pick up some food. The rooms themselves were a nice size and en suite for the extra bed. Enjoyed savoury and tasty breakfast options with mushrooms and half a tomato, for instance.
